The fine art of distilling is and old skill and is demonstrated in the distillery Messerschmied in Ebbs, in the noble brandy distillery Brennoase in Langkampfen as well as in the noble brandy distillery Höck in Schwoich. From mature fruit noble spirits and liqueurs are burned, distilled and of course tasted.

However there is not only destillation going on in the holiday region, but also brewing. The beer brewery Stöfflbräu in Schwoich is famous far across the borders of the Holiday Region Kufstein, and after having seen the impressive demonstrations at the Stöfflbräu and tasted beer in all kinds of ways you will be excited.
